Every Sandbox account starts with a free 7-day trial with no card needed, so you can make sure it works for you before you pay.
Refunds within 14 days
If you’re not happy with Sandbox, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you’ll get the full amount of that payment back. This covers your first payment and every renewal.
How to ask
Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. To get a refund, either:
- reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, or
- email us at hello@tosandbox.com from the email address you paid with.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew after that.
